Our vision is to operate a full service marina, public beach & destination to the southern end of Lake Anna in Louisa County. What’s great about Pleasants Landing Marina? We offer a full line of pontoon boats for sale, plus daily rentals of pontoon boats, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, cabanas, plus two waterfront pavilions for special events on the Lake Anna waterfront, Pleasants Landing is a hidden gem only slightly off the beaten path at Lake Anna. In September 2015, my wife and I visited Lake Anna for the first time and were immediately struck by its beauty. However, we noticed the area lacked options in cultural dining and recreational amenities. That visit changed everything. We discovered a vacant marina and saw an opportunity to create something special for the community.
Since reopening Pleasants Landing, we’ve transformed it into a vibrant gathering place for both locals and visitors. Our 12-acre peninsula offers scenic lake views, a spacious beach, and easy access to boating, paddling, and fishing. We also provide clean picnic areas and rentable lakefront pavilions perfect for birthdays, reunions, and community events and have become the location of Lake Anna’s favorite Mexican Restaurant, El Gran Patron.
Today, Pleasants Landing is proud to host events like the Annual Father’s Day Car Show Contest & Festival and the Rumpus in Bumpass triathlon, which bring the community together in fun and meaningful ways. These activities support our mission: to create a safe, relaxing, and joyful environment where families and friends make lasting memories.
